I bought the phone at Gearbest, it was not available at Amazon at that time. The price is the same, the warranty period only 12 months.
Must change from Windows Phone LUMIA 950 XL to Android, because the lights go out on 31.12.19 with Windows Mobile. But now to the mobile phone:
The device is top manufactured, the accessories as today usual without headphones, but so slowly everyone should have one ?. Otherwise a very useful transparent protective cover is included. Quick charger and separate USB-C cable, all in white. The device lies well in the hand due to the form factor and because there is hardly any display frame, nothing is missing in the width display. The face recognition works very well, but the finger scanner is much faster and more comfortable, so face recognition is switched off. The performance is impressive, I can’t imagine how it feels with an 855. I guess you only notice it when you are playing. Apps open without delay, in the picture folder I can scroll through large files without the empty fields appearing.
I am somewhat spoiled by the LUMIA camera, which belongs to the top 10 cameras. But the MI 9 lite camera doesn’t have to hide, especially the wide angle and the night mode is very good, also the additional filters are useful. For example you can change the grey sky for blue with one keystroke. And for large pictures you have the 48 MP and AI mode. The lenses are from SONY.
Video: 1080p with 30 or 60 pictures, 4K with 30 pictures, then there is a fast motion and a slow motion mode.
The display is top and from Samsung. Battery life with me easily 2 days, charging from 20% to 100% in one hour 15 min.
Wouldn’t know now, which mobile phone can keep up there. Absolute purchase recommendation.

I’m usually a Samsung user, but I’m not willing to spend that much money on a mobile phone anymore. Hence the attempt of a Xiaomi . After two weeks of extensive YouTube and other internet tests, I decided to buy the MI 9 lite. The price and the services offered have seduced me and I have not been disappointed. Of course you have to get used to the unfamiliar Miui surface, but with a new mobile phone you like to play around. The phone runs absolutely smooth and fast. The often mentioned fingerprint sensor reacts very fast and it happens rarely that I have to use it twice. Worth mentioning is of course the 128 Gb internal memory, so an external memory card is not necessary. For a price of 286 Euro you can get everything that makes your mobile heart beat faster. Also the camera makes very good photos and videos can be taken even in 4 K. One should not forget the Super Amoled Display, which is crystal clear. About one thing I am annoyed, however, nevertheless: If I would have thought idiot me once earlier about Xiaomi, I could have saved a lot of money with the last mobile phones! Of course I can’t tell you about the durability, but the software and the noble glass and aluminium materials make a great impression. Also the color blue (shimmers brilliantly on the back) looks really great. I can highly recommend the Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite and clearly give it five stars in all areas!

I ended up with the Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite, because there is hardly anything comparable in this price/performance class.
I would have liked to have had a Phablet with Windows 10 again (had the Lumia 950XL up to now), but unfortunately they are no longer available.

In terms of features, the Mi 9 Lite is really top! So far it leaves nothing to be desired. Fast, little knick-knacks and a great camera. The first photos are as good as with my Lumia. The digital zoom is not quite as good as on the Lumia, but for the price it’s too much to bear.

If you need a very fast and reliable Phablet, which also has AMOLED display and SD card support, you can access it here without hesitation.

Addendum: Today I updated to MIUI
According to various websites it should be available in Q1 2020 for the Mi 9 Lite. Absolutely great!

After two weeks of using the Xiaomi 9 Lite I am more and more impressed by this phone. The love is sometimes in the details. For example, QR codes can be read directly from the camera and you have the possibility to follow the link. I don’t know that yet. There have been security updates as well as updates of the system apps. I am and remain enthusiastic.

For the price of 270€ at the time of purchase, this phone from Xiaomi is really top. The battery lasts up to one and a half days with me with quite frequent use. Thanks to the 18 watt fast charging, you can get the phone from 15 to 80% in about half an hour. The RAM and the graphics chip are also sufficient for well-known mobile games. I can’t say if it can stand graphically demanding titles, because I don’t use such a thing on my mobile phone.
The camera takes beautiful pictures with the three lenses, which can be optically enhanced by the HDR mode. Even in low light, the camera is still great in a lying position to take pictures.
The Inscreen-Fingerprint Sensor also does its job under normal circumstances. But if you have dirty fingers from working or cooking, the mobile phone doesn’t always recognize your finger immediately.
As a small bonus, as always with Xiaomi, there is also a protective cover in a transparent look, this is also very robust.
NFC also does a good job with Google Pay.
Some drawback, the mobile phone has no wireless charging, but that was clear to me from the start. I would have liked it, but I would have had to order another mobile phone.

Top Smartphone, top price!
The Smartphone is optimal for every type of use, because it has all the functions you need. The price-performance ratio is very good, because it’s a great price for a – in my eyes – top class mobile phone. The face recognition works optimally. Only when there is not enough light, you have to unlock it manually, but for this there is a fingerprint sensor, which also works very well. With the camera you can take pin-sharp snapshots and the battery lasts very long with normal use of the device. The power and speed of the processors are very high, so that the smartphone can be used quickly and smoothly. What I like best about the Xiaomi is the design and the ease of use.
I can recommend this device 100% to anyone looking for a top smartphone at a low price

First of all: I would buy it again in any case. It runs super fast, has great colors, the display is a dream, the speaker is super good – not at all tinny, as a pre-scribe mentioned (though I don’t listen to music there very often, I have an MP3 for that. The only point of criticism is actually the much scolded fingerprint sensor, which only works reliably when it feels like it. But that’s all there is to criticize about this phone, it really does work better! I personally don’t use face recognition, so I can’t contribute anything intelligent to this. My personal conclusion: I do not understand people who pay more than 300 Euros for a mobile phone just because a bitten apple sticks on it – it’s their own fault. This part can do everything for which one needs a mobile phone and I am super satisfied. (if you can live without or with a limited fingerprint sensor, just like me!)

I’m not a power user and so I looked around for a reasonable price/performance smartphone.

The Xiaomi exceeded my expectations.
Since I was used to a Samsung J5, of course everything amazed me.

I really enjoy the camera with all its functions.
My dog has probably never been used as a model as often as the last few days.

I have been a convinced Xiaomi supporter for several years. Through various Redmi Note models, I have now landed at Mi 9 lite aka Mi CC9. You get more than enough fast hardware for a reasonable price. It is unimaginable that there are still people who spend more than 500 EUR for a smartphone. Beyond 300 EUR you won’t notice any difference in daily use.
The case is very well made and MIUI10 runs very smoothly.

The megapixel madness has now also drifted into ridiculous dimensions. I was simply shocked how bad the new camera is compared to my 12Mpix Redmi Note 6 Pro.
If you are looking for a smartphone with which you want to take some useful pictures from time to time, you should leave this phone alone.

If you need a fast and reliable phone, which is up to date with AMOLED display and SD710, you can use it without hesitation. I for my part will sell the phone again, because the camera is a big step backwards to my current 1.5 year old Redmi Note 6 Pro.

My conclusion:
– MI11 was already installed, menu very intuitive!
– Extremely!! many configuration options in the system, assignment buttons. partly much more than with Samsung and OnePlus, I never expected that and I am very positively impressed!
– Many camera options, settings (much more than with OnePlus 7 per eg. ), really good!
– Fingerprint scanner works extremely fast and for me 100%
– Android speed, app change, open and close just as fast as on current flagships
– SelfieCamera really good!
– Speakers are not the best when you make loud but not bad either (only small criticism)

My old Samsung Galaxy is now broken and since I didn’t want to invest so much money, I bought this one.
This is a very powerful mobile phone, also makes super good photos and is very well processed. Battery lasts for 2 days.
A fan of Xiaomi, the devices are always great.
The company stands for me with Samsung on the same high level in terms of quality. The devices are reliable and have a good design, I ordered the first Xiaomi mobile phone for my husband 4 years ago directly from China, Xiaomi vacuum cleaner robot has been working reliably for 2.5 years with me and my parents.

Absolutely price/performance cracker.i am enthusiastic.workmanship, battery life, diplay, speed (performance), and camera are the hammer.you have to deal with the cam a little, and disable the preset filters, but then you get great pictures.the only shortcoming that you hear more often and which i can confirm is the fingerprint sensor. If the fingers are a little dirty, for example, it detects slowly or not at all. however, you can improve this by scanning the thumb e.g. twice. but that is already whining on a high level. the face recognition works perfectly and super fast.

the phone is absolutely great. Use it for about one month and bit absolutely enthusiastic. Everything works very fast and fluently, software update is automatic, the battery lasts a day of intensive use. The camera takes first class pictures, the night shots are not always good, but much better than with my current BQ phone. The only disadvantage is the missing LED notification on the display. Although there is a XIAOMI LED on the back, it is not visible when the shell is not transparent.
In summary, for the little money a very good mobile phone that is worth seeing.

I am happy with the phone, the look is very nice and the handling is very good. I only noticed that the micro is too quiet when using video calls and that it is not possible to adjust the settings. The customer support does not give any answer which is a pity. The display is super and I am also satisfied with the camera, the battery also lasts very long. The mobile phone does what it is supposed to for the price you get a very good device in the middle class. Unfortunately I had to take off a star because I do a lot of video telephony and the micro is a bit annoying when the other one turns up the maximum volume.

I like my new mobile phone very much: It lies well in the hand (at least with the included transparent protective cover), reacts super fast to the instructions, takes very good pictures and I can easily use the battery for 2 days – but I’m not one to play on the phone. After I installed another launcher, the display is not so cluttered with manufacturer apps anymore. But you can’t uninstall them, at least not without deeper knowledge. You can only ban them from your field of vision and take away the rights of most of them, but not all of them. And that’s a bit annoying. That’s why you need a star trigger.

Who still needs 1000 – 1500 Euro expensive devices from Samsung or Apple?
This Smartphone has everything and can do everything at least as well. Sharp Amoled Display, great camera, fingerprint sensor on the display reacts in milliseconds, as well as the unlock via Face Unlock. In addition, there is a sharp battery, which comes with normal use loosely over 2 days.

The only shortcoming is the setup of the notifications of individual apps but this you do once and then you’re done.

Hardware top, software very bad. Many apps only load after they have been opened, closed and reopened. Sometimes you open an app, has happened especially with WhatsApp, and the view shifts epileptically back and forth, opens chats by itself, goes back out to the overview and opens another chat by itself.

There are also strong problems when playing music or other sounds and Bluetooth headphones. The headphones couple, but no sound is played. Only after closing the apps several times as well as disconnecting and reconnecting several times. Will sell the device after 1.5 months again and get me another one.

Hardware otherwise good, camera is also enough for my needs. Fingerprint sensor is good despite bulletproof glass foil.

Xiomi has already convinced me, after I lay my last in a waterfall for about 24 hours and I could use it again normally after a few weeks. However, the display was broken, the phone was scratched in many places and I decided to buy a new one, the Xiomi Lite 9. So far I am very happy with it. The battery lasts very long, the phone feels great in the hand. Pretty fancy for the price too.
All in all: top

Short form: Fast, sharp display, super camera, very durable battery (2 days with quite intensive use)
You have to want the size. For my big hands it fits.
The weight shouldn’t be underestimated either.
The camera takes really good pictures (night mode) even in bad light conditions, i.e. in rather dark rooms.
MIUI 11 available.
Conclusion: For 260,-€ an incredibly good Smartphone.

With a memory of 128 GB, this smartphone puts everything in the shade. On top of that, it is mega fast and has an easy to understand menu navigation. The price is unbeatable compared to equivalent devices. The only flaw is that I can’t use my many charger cables anymore, I have to buy them all new, but with the price of the device it’s easy to finance…

After long reading and looking at tests it would be the Mi 9 Lite 6/128 in Blau❤. As always, everything was quickly finished with the initial setup. The fingerprint sensor has to be scanned more often and then it works. Battery holds 2 days class with me. Expectations fulfilled Clear purchase recommendation
